What is your exchange policy?
Our Return and Refund policy allow a straightforward return policy that if in any case an item is faulty simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt by emailing via customer care. We will also EXCHANGE the item on receipt if required. If in any case, items have arrived faulty a full refund will be provided.
How can I pay?
As an easy method of payment, we are open and accept Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard. All the prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate applicable and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of the order that you see is the price of the products ordered including delivery charges.
